Annual "Good Girl, Good Deed" Awards in December!

Greetings and Happy Holidays,

Just a couple of updates before our December 9TH Lunch Club Wednesday luncheon.

First of all, if you haven't submitted your "Good Girl Good Deed for 2009" you still have time as the cut off date is December 2 (Wednesday). If you don't have a "Good Girl form" just e-mail me directly with your name and your ONE great deed you should be recognized for during our December meeting with over $500 prizes for the Grand Prize.

We have all Showcases set for December. It will be wonderful mixture of businesses and products. Bring your shopping carts and purses! If you are donating a door prize please let me know by December 2nd.

Also, remember we are going to continue to meet at the Sebring Elks Lodge, but we will use the main entrance (red door) and set up in the Ballroom area which will seat up to 200 folks. The lunch continues to be $10.00 and even if you are not eating lunch you will need to pay this fee as it goes directly to the Sebring Elks Lodge. Showcases and lunch available starting at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting will start at 12:10 p.m.

Attention Members; If you are going to showcase I need your final reservations ASAP as space is limited (few spaces still available for December) and all door prizes are recommended to be submitted as well. Please use albrittoninsurance@earthlink.net e-mail address at this time for reservations.

Because we will be honoring Good Girls Good Deeds of 2009 at our next luncheon we will not have a CeCe Courage Award for December, but we will in January so please keep your nominations coming in. Submit to albrittoninsurance@earthlink.net

The Guardian Ad Litem Program

has hundreds of HIGHLANDS COUNTY children who are removed from
their parents and are in temporary care because of allegations of abuse &
neglect. Please donate an unwrapped gift to help them have a special
Christmas by bringing one with you to December's LCW meeting. Remember
that some of these children are teen agers who enjoy gift cards, music,
perfume, etc. For more info about the Program or to become a volunteer
